Nana’s Little House: Where Light and Creativity Shine

Nana made sure granddaughters’ little house had light

thank you, Nana!

Ella, the artist, admiring her work with Sharpies

whew – that took a lot more time than she thought it would take

Molly admiring the artist, her big sister

Ella celebrated her coloring project with Cheetos

Cheetos weren’t encouraged at her house, but Nana allowed

Ella also celebrated by climbing behind Naynay –

and sitting on her head!

(now that was fun)

The girls always find a way to make us smile, and this past weekend was no exception. We are thankful for them and their parents!

Please stay tuned.

You know, I never can figure out if I post too much about our family, but sometimes I like to share the laughs with you. Thank you for enjoying.

I have two teenage daughters who would hate me to post anything about them, but they are such a big part of my life that I still mention them from time to time – I think it keeps all of us real and relatable! 💕

It’s always nice to have a place of your own. Love to see how happy everyone is.

Thanks so much, Ann! We told the girls they could do anything decorating the little house including furniture, but Ella discovered that coloring a chair might not have been her easiest project!! Both little girls get their artistic bent from their mom and her twin sister…you know it’s not from our side of the family!! Hope you are well!!

Especially love the picture of the “house” with the light. How wonderful to have such a “house” to play in.

They always love it when they have the opportunity to play there, even if Ella refers to her house as “runned down.” She’s too young to appreciate the rugged Little House on the Prairie look!

To have a place to play of one’s own! It’s a child’s dream come true.

I had a cousin who had her own playhouse, and I always thought that was the ultimate! How fun it is to be able to give this little hut to the girls who were really impressed with the electricity last weekend. Ella asked me if we could add a bathroom – hahahaha! That cracked me up!!

Yes, it is the most wonderful position to be in, and we didn’t have to apply for it!! It’s a gift.
