Josie, thank you so very much for sending the link on this site, such an important project for the UK!! And I of course LOVE that Martina is a Patron. Good for her – she has been her authentic self from the days before public figures embraced their lesbian identities. The site looks great!

The whole project looks very good and much needed. I am impressed by both Julie Bindell and Kathleen Stock. I’ve even read Stock’s book “Material Girls” – recommended. And I loved the principles they outline on the site. Clear, non-ideological, and very inclusive without getting into tangles. they already have their first research paper up on the site. On lesbian erasure. All very promising

And yes. on Martina. I’ve been a fan of her “authentic self” since she first appeared at Wimbledon. I think she was 19.

I too loved the principles they outlined. I will check out first research paper.
Pretty has loved Martina all her life – says she would need me to give her a “pass” on her.
        Hahaha. No, thank you.

I’m furious about the UK parliament trying to break international law by removing the right to claim asylum on reaching UK shores. Looks like it may get blown out of the water though as the EU could suspend the Brexit trading agreement. What a mess.

We all celebrated it for you and the girls too!
