Civil war has been declared on American citizens going about their activities of daily life by other American citizens using AR-15s, the chosen weapon of this war.

Pretty tells me we Beginner Boomers started out with high ideals including anti-war sentiments, civil rights for Blacks, women’s rights in the 70s; but, in her mind, the Beginner Boomers lost their way in the 80s because of Greed. Money. Whatever label you want to put on the love of material things.
I would add that we lost our way as a nation with guns with the assassinations of JFK, Dr. King, RFK in the 60s. I don’t think we’ve ever come back from those days. Additionally, GREED in the manufacture and distribution of guns in the 21st century.
Ever see the ads for gun shows? Frightening.
Yet we have them several times a year right here in Columbia, South Carolina.
Finally, I believe it’s a world gone mad, Annie.
